Subscription, Refund and Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Subscriptions

We offer access to our Services through various subscription plans ("Subscription"), which are billed on a recurring basis. Before completing any payment you will have an opportunity to review and accept the applicable fees.

By purchasing a recurring Subscription, you authorize us or our authorized third-party payment processors to automatically charge you at the specified intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) for each renewal term ("Subscription Period") until you cancel.

All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars. Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by law, we may update or modify our pricing for any Service or feature at any time.

If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts upon our request and are solely responsible for resolving any issues with your payment provider. If a charge is declined, we reserve the right to reattempt the charge or to process the amount in multiple installments using your designated payment method at the then-current, non-discounted rate for the full Subscription you selected.

We may update the Subscription terms or adjust Subscription fees on a forward- looking basis. If there is a pricing increase, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to change or cancel your Subscription before the new rate is applied to any automatic renewal.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove Subscription features or benefits at any time. If you do not cancel your Subscription before such changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

Trials and Promotional Offers

We may, at our discretion, offer certain Subscription options with a trial period or promotional pricing. The terms of any trial or promotional offer, including its duration and conditions, will be clearly presented to you before you agree to the Subscription.

At the conclusion of the trial period or promotional offer, your Subscription will automatically renew at the standard subscription price, which will be clearly displayed to you at the time you agree to the Subscription. By continuing with the Subscription after the trial or promotional period, you acknowledge and accept the regular price that will apply to future billing cycles.

How to Cancel

Canceling your Subscription stops future charges but does not affect the current Subscription Period. You may cancel at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your existing Subscription Period. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the Subscription Period ends.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time:

By emailing support@lucentmind.io with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"

Your email must:

  • Clearly state that you wish to cancel
  • Include the exact email address associated with your Lucent Mind account

For security, we can process cancellation requests only if they originate from—or clearly reference—the registered account email. Once we receive a valid request, our support team will confirm the cancellation and disable future renewals within one (1) business day. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current Subscription Period.

Refunds

Generally, all Subscription fees are nonrefundable. By subscribing to and using our paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including any recurring subscription charges.

However, refunds may be granted in three specific scenarios:

  1. A Legal Refund - where you exercise the right to a refund granted by the laws of your country or state of residence.
  2. An Optional Refund - which may be issued at our sole discretion, such as if a payment was made in error, promptly reported to us, and the purchased service or feature was not used.
  3. A refund under our "money-back guarantee" - see below for details.

Legal Refunds by Region

For European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and United Kingdom (UK) Residents:

You may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of completing it and request a full refund. However, this right is not available if:

  • You provided explicit consent to begin receiving the service immediately, and
  • You acknowledged that doing so would waive your right to withdraw during the 14-day cooling-off period.

Residents of Certain U.S. States:

We comply with all applicable refund rights required under the consumer protection laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. If the laws of your state or locality entitle you to a refund for your Subscription or purchase, we will honor that obligation.

Optional Refunds

In certain limited circumstances, we may choose to issue an optional refund at our sole discretion based on the specific facts of your case. Any such refund is provided purely as a gesture of goodwill and does not create any obligation for us to issue refunds in similar situations.

All decisions regarding optional refunds are made exclusively by us and are final, non-appealable, and not subject to dispute. If you would like us to consider your situation for a discretionary refund, please contact us at support@lucentmind.io with a description of your case.

Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to any refund rights granted under applicable law, if you purchased our Product and a money-back option was offered to you at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. You contact us by email at support@lucentmind.io before the end of your applicable subscription period and provide the required information; and
  2. You have actively followed the program for:
    • At least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days following the purchase (for monthly or longer subscription periods)
    • At least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days following the purchase (for 4-week subscription periods)
    • At least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days following the purchase (for weekly or bi-weekly subscription periods)
  3. You are able to demonstrate that you followed the program in accordance with the requirements below.

How to Show You Followed the Program

You may demonstrate compliance with the program requirements by completing the applicable number of lessons and submitting screenshots from our platform confirming completion, as follows:

  • At least 7 completed lessons (for monthly or longer subscription periods)
  • At least 5 completed lessons (for 4-week subscription periods)
  • At least 3 completed lessons (for weekly or bi-weekly subscription periods)
